I started drinking the Edmark coffees, I noticed that my anxiety is gone, I noticed how calm I became. I also noticed that i have more energy and I don't really get hungry that often, my appetite is suppressed.

Healthy food is really expensive & due to our busy schedules, cooking healthy meals to nourish our bodies is not always possible. We then resort to quick meals, takeaways etc.
These foods slow down our metabolism, some of these foods encourage the growth of bad bacteria in our bodies and some of these quick meals (sugar) prevent our bodies from absorbing the nutrients our bodies need. This results in deficiency, imbalance & other complications.
After the age of 35 the body starts to complain about what it lacks. The body begins to experience a few symptoms and that's just a way of the body communicating to you that it needs a certain nutrient.
i visited doctors quite often and lets face it, at times that doesn't help. You go back & forth but the symptom keeps returning. When we take pills, we are not eliminating the root cause of the problem, we are merely treating the symptom and it's bound to come back over & over.
